How the brief builder works
The questions follow the brief template from our guide to writing a project brief: the problem, what success looks like, who it is for, what you need, what exists, scope, budget and timing, and who decides.
As you write, the strength check ticks off the things that make a brief useful, and tells you why each missing one matters.
When you are done, copy the brief, download it, save it as a PDF, or send it to us. It is yours to send to as many agencies as you like.

Free, private, and yours to send anywhere.
Yes. There is no sign-up and no email gate. Use it as often as you like, and send the brief to any agency.
Only in your own browser, so you can close the page and come back to it. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else until you press send, and clearing the form removes the saved copy.
About ten minutes for a first version. You do not need to answer every question; a sentence or two on most of them is enough for an agency to come back with useful questions.
We read it and reply within two business days, usually with a few questions. After a free call you get a written scope with milestones and a fixed quote, so you know the price before anything is signed.
